We are looking to work with investors who share our ethos and are looking to invest in a socially responsible way that will help to provide housing for vulnerable people in supported living and accessible housing for wheelchair users, in particular beautifully designed modern homes for both sharers and families.

With a proven track record of working with investors, including those using their SASS pensions to invest in supported living property, who are thrilled to not only receive an excellent return but when investing in a socially responsible way, are also able to help improve the lives of others to provide the win/win scenario.

We are able to work with investors in a variety of ways but primarily angel investors looking for a fixed return or for the right partner, joint ventures, where the profits and capital growth are shared over a long period of time.

In all scenarios, we use our experience, skills, knowledge, partnerships and relationships to bring the best deals to our investors as well as oversee the projects and bring them to market, whether that's for sale or rent. We offer our investors a completely hands off investment opportunity if that's what they prefer.
